Leonard Ling, is responsible for leading and managing the Group’s Learning and Advisory Business in Singapore and around ASEAN.
Leonard has more than 25 years in People Strategy and Organization Development both in consulting and corporate environments. He founded Solutions Plus Pte Ltd in 2010 and joined idsMED through an acquisition in 2018. Prior to that, Leonard was the Global Head of Human Resources for a UK-based international company, and was Director of Advisory Services at Ernst and Young. He also spent several years in various roles with the Singapore Public Service.
Leonard serves on the board of several Social Service Organisations to empower people with special needs and to help individuals and families in need. He continues to work with the Singapore public and private sector on industry transformation projects, with special emphasis on raising workforce productivity, leveraging technology, and designing jobs suited for the current and future workforce.
Leonard graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Nanyang Technology University, and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Nanyang Business School, NTU. He is a Gallup certified coach and accredited Senior Practising Management Consultant and Specialist Adult Educator.
